When I say I’m a sufferer people think I ‘don’t sleep well’.
Actually I average 2.5 hours a night and even that is broken. A good night is 4 broken hours. I can never sleep during the day. Sometimes I write in the dark or sing or pace. Others I just stare at the gap in the curtains.
The two best natural aides for me are Running (but I’m recovering from a broken foot) & great sex (but I’m single 😏and FB’less)
