I surprised myself!

Despite my painful chest I managed to complete the whole programme.

5 minutes brisk walk
2.5 minutes jog
2 minutes brisk walk
2.5 minutes jog
2 minutes brisk walk
2.5 minutes jog
2 minutes brisk walk
2.5 minutes jog
2 minutes brisk walk
2.5 minutes jog
5 minutes brisk walk

Seemed like a mountain that I couldn’t climb but somehow I did it.

I had a little help from the guy on the treadmill next to me, though he didn’t know it. He chose to pick up his speed just at the start of my last run. We fell into a steady pace together and that saw me through.

Bring on day 3!
